1. About BeSpottd

BeSpottd is a digital presence audit service operated by Kubo Services Ltd. We scan publicly available information about your website and online presence to generate an audit report with findings and recommendations.

2. Service description

• Free tier: automated scan of 50+ checks with top 4 findings revealed
• Full report (£49): all findings, step-by-step fixes, and “Fix This Week” action plan
• Rescan (£19): available 25 days after purchase, shows before/after comparison
• Monitoring (£99/month): monthly automated rescans with dashboard access

3. Accuracy & limitations

Our scans check publicly accessible information and provide automated recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, results may not capture every nuance of your digital presence. Our recommendations are general guidance, not professional consulting advice.

4. Payments & refunds

• All payments are processed securely by Stripe
• Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable
• Full reports and rescans: 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked
• Monitoring subscriptions: cancel any time, no refunds for partial months

5. Free report expiry

Free reports are accessible for 7 days from generation. After expiry, you'll need to run a new scan. Paid reports are permanently accessible.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to scan websites you don't own or have permission to audit
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
• Redistribute or resell our reports commercially
• Use automated tools to interact with our service beyond our API

7. Intellectual property

The audit methodology, scoring algorithms, and report format are proprietary to BeSpottd. You may share your report with colleagues or web developers for the purpose of implementing fixes.

8. Liability

BeSpottd provides information and recommendations. We are not liable for any business decisions made based on our reports, or for any changes to your website or online presence resulting from following our recommendations.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
