Your score (0–100) is a progress tracker. It helps you see how your online presence improves as you make fixes. It’s a weighted average of 8 categories, with SEO and Google Business Profile carrying the most weight because they have the biggest impact on whether customers can find you. Each category contains individual checks that score as pass, partial, or fail. The score is our own composite metric. It’s not a Google metric or industry standard. What matters most isn’t the number itself, but the individual fixes: each one addresses a real, measurable signal that affects whether customers can find you online.

We check 6 platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube. For each one, we look at whether your profile photo is set, whether you have a bio or description, and whether your profile links back to your website. For YouTube, we also check upload frequency, subscriber count, and video count. We'll also try to detect social links on your website if you don't provide them. Important: we can only check what's publicly visible. Some platforms (especially Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok) block outside tools from seeing everything, so we'll tell you what we could and couldn't check. We never need your login details.

Not at all. Just mark any platforms you don't use as "Don't have one" in the form. We'll note which platforms you're not on and whether that matters for your type of business. We won't penalise you unfairly. Some businesses genuinely don't need TikTok.
